At Apostle ‘Que we start with locally sourced, weather aged and dried, hickory, cherry, and apple wood. We exclusively hand select quality meats and use the finest of seasonings to create the AQ Rub. And, let’s not forget the flavorful AQ Mop Sauce that compliments the ‘Que so well, you may even get a little jealous. All the ‘Que is smoked on site and hand pulled to order. We specialize in pulled pork, texas style brisket, and hand-rolled smoked buffalo chicken egg rolls.
